My First Terrarium
This was really fun to make and so easy! I’m already making plans for more, especially since I have a few thrifted jars just dying to become terrariums. I am, however, having a hard time finding succulents small enough to fit into the smaller mouthed jars I have. Where do you get your succulents from? We may go to a nursery this weekend to check out their stash.
If you want to make a terrarium, check out this episode of Decor It Yourself.

Anna and I got our succulent that we have on our kitchen sink from the cheapo plant display at the local Food Lion. There are some more exotic types at Home Depot though…

I love it… very spring-ish! I like the jar too. I just made a moss garden thingie, it is fun having a little bit of green inside.

i got some succulents from lowe’s or home depot last year. check there especially during summer because that is when they tend to stock their succulents because of them being so drought tolerant. they are also really hardy and can be divided. good job on the site!
